For over fifty years, the Italian Federation of Chefs (FIC) has been a leading organisation for professionals working in Italian cuisine. Through training programmes, events, competitions and initiatives designed to support chefs’ professional development, the Federation promotes Italy’s gastronomic culture and helps preserve and enhance the nation’s culinary heritage, while fostering the talent and creativity of new generations of chefs.
It is within this framework that the long-standing partnership between the Italian Federation of Chefs and Cooperlat Trevalli – Hoplà has flourished. A collaboration that continues to strengthen year after year, it reflects the value of a relationship built on shared goals and mutual trust between the world of professional foodservice and one of Italy’s leading food producers.
FIC President Rocco Pozzulo has expressed his appreciation for this partnership:
“Our partnership with Cooperlat Trevalli is the continuation of a relationship built over many years on shared values such as quality, professionalism and a commitment to supporting the development of Italian chefs. The backing of companies such as Trevalli is invaluable to the Federation’s activities and to initiatives that highlight the talent and creativity of our professionals.”
Trevalli Cooperlat also confirmed its presence at the Italian Cuisine Championships, one of the Federation’s most prestigious national culinary competitions. During the event, held in February 2026 in Rimini, Trevalli Cooperlat supplied its premium creams for the dessert preparations in the Hot Cuisine Team category.
Trevalli creams were particularly appreciated by the competing professionals for their reliability, versatility and quality.
Through its continued support of the Italian Federation of Chefs, Trevalli further strengthens a long-standing partnership and contributes to promoting a culture of culinary excellence, recognising both the achievements of the competing teams and the dedication that Italian chefs bring to their profession every day.
